The three things people write about most
I bought Pro and it is not unlocked
Open the You tab and tap Restore purchases. It asks your App Store or Google Play account what you own and unlocks it again — no login, no account with us, nothing to remember. That works after a reinstall and on a new phone.
I am moving to a new phone
Export everything on the old phone first — the App writes one file and you choose where it goes. On the new phone, install Unhooked and choose Restore from a file. Importing replaces what is on that phone, so do it before you log anything new. We hold no copy, so this file is the only way across.
I want my data gone
Erase all data in the You tab removes every record and every preference from the phone and cancels every reminder, right then. You do not need to ask us and there is nothing for us to delete afterwards — none of it was ever on a server.
